Reviews of MBPA --2

On the acting front, Akshaye Khanna fits the bill and excels with his expressions, dialogues and body language. (Indiaglitz)

super hot.... Akshaye Khanna has never looked so handsome and so reminiscent of his dashing father. He is the soul of the film and displays his flair for comedy. His rapport with Paresh Rawal is excellent and he looks good with Genelia too. He portrays anger particularly well, whether it is directed towards Om Puri for getting his father in trouble or Genelia for annoying him. (Meri News)

Paresh Rawal and Akashaye Khanna seem to be in the perfect comic mode throughout the film (Zee News)

Akshaye surprises with his comedy (Glamsham)

Akshaye Khanna has shown a wonderful performance in MBPA. He has never looked so young before. You'll love his marvellous performance, his terrific facial expression and youthful body language. Akshoo rocks! Go and watch MBPA! And, Genelia D'souza surprises me too. She looks cute and fresh with Akshaye Khanna.

Mere Baap Pehle Aap, as Priyan said, is a family entertainer. The film is about the relationship between a father and a son. Like his other films, the film is treated in a comic, humourous and hilarious way. Just like Bhool Bhulaiya which is not a full comedy. It's a film which has a subject as well as entertainment value and humour. As far as Akshaye Khanna's performance...he's fantastic and as always he never disappoints. He is as always superb. You will be surprised to see his new and fresh look. He is exceptional.

Finally, I've just watched MBPA with my aunt and cousins. On the whole, I can say it's a sweet film made mainly for family and youngsters. It's has comedy and humour in first half and little drama in second half. Akshaye Khanna is made as an actor who never fails in acting and performance. Acting-wise, Akshoo is excellent as the young son who keeps yelling. He carries the film in his shoulders confidently. It's a performance that you will always remember. Yeah, this time he has a youthful figure which is among his plus points in this film. Akshoo is awesome and so are Genelia and Shobhana.

MBPA is watchable that you can watch and relax.

Akshaye Khanna make you feel nice to watch him in MBPA thank to his trim look. Performance-wise, Akshaye Khanna as always and always at his best.

By the way, Akshayefan...Have you watched MBPA? What do you think about it and Akshoo's performance?

It is a clean comedy-cum-drama kind of flick. Akshaye Khanna has proved once again that he is still the best when it comes acting and performance.

The movie is not getting good reviews. Audiences are watching this film keeping comedy in mind which is not fair. They should go and watch it keeping Priyan's class of comedy. It is a comedy film but with some flare of emotion and drama as well.

Akshaye Khanna is completely natural and he suits this role perfectly. In fact, he is excellent. Genelia D'souza is equally good.

Priyan has proved that he has shown high class type of comedy with some emotions and drama.
