Why is Akshaye under-represented in movie forums?
Trawling through movie groups and other filmy forums, I got a feeling that Akshaye is poorly represented. Often some group member realises that Akshaye does not have a subject devoted to him and they start it in the middle, without failing to wonder why a prominent actor like him doesn't have a single page devoted to him.. His page gets about 20 or 30 entries max while lesser known stars, even one film wonders usually have pages n pages devoted to them. All the film buffs usually acknowledge that he is a good actor but they never show that obsessive interest which they show for other actors.
I know he has some pretty dedicated fans(I am one of them) but he doesn't seem to have that popular vibe thing going for him, at least on the net. Maybe it's because there is so very little news or gossip about him ( actually, this has changed a lot since last one and half years, earlier we used to go months without single mention of him anywhere on the media.) Also, he was alwyas percieved as moody n arrogant and withdrawn from the fans. This perception has changed a little bit but shouldn't this affetc the media coverage more than it does internet film site representation?
Any thoughts?

I actually think that Akshaye has changed now. Earlier he was quite moody and tended to get irritated with the media- as evident by the interviews.
I"m guessing that Anil Kapoor has helped him in improving his people skills. Now he's more forthcoming with the media and happier.
Also I notice there's a lot more Akshaye coverage, maybe because he's coming in more and more movies- and is more forthcoming with the media. Before he was doing less movies. Since 2006 its changed.
Even in this month's Cineblitz. There's an interview with him- including new photos. I don't have the magazine, but I saw it.
I don't think that earlier Akshaye Khanna's irritation or moodiness attitudes were/are only the reasons...
May be, it's something else.
I think that it's because Akshaye Khanna has always keeps low profile.
No I believe that earlier- Akshaye was more reserved and not so comfortable talking with people- you can tell by the earlier interviews. I really think Anil has encouraged him to open up- he mentioned about this on Koffee with Karan as well. I think Akshaye still is reserved, but not to the same extent that he once was. I think he's finally become comfortable talking with the media and people in general. Seems like now he is finally coming out of his shell. Good thing he's doing more and more movies- I think its helping him to improve his media dealing and public skills. That's something that's very important in Bollywood.
Thanks for the coments but I wasn't talking about his coverage by the film media in general. Just the pages devoted to him on film website forums like the one of Bollyspice you suggested.
