    I think that it's because 'Kyun Hota Hai Dil Deewana' is Arshad Warsi's song whereas 'Kal Nau Baje' is Akshaye Khanna's song.

    "Kal Nau Baje" is a better song than "Pal Pal"...When will its promos be out?
