I don't think that we must stop eating...In fact, we must eat a lot of good and healthy food and get enough of fat on face so that we won't look old like Aishwarya Rai in Dhoom 2, Shah Rukh Khan in Om Shanti Om and Kareena Kapoor in Tashan's recent theatrical trailer but we must exercise daily and daily to avoid belly ball...
